Terms & Disclaimer — read before ordering

• This kit provides GPS steering guidance only. It does not replace attentive operation of the tractor, and the operator remains responsible for the safe control of the vehicle at all times, including immediate manual override where required.

• This is a self-install kit. Installation is carried out entirely by the buyer, at the buyer’s own risk. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from installation, misuse, or continued operation of a tractor with an incorrectly fitted, damaged, or modified kit.

• Fitment is based on the tractor details, photos, and measurements the buyer supplies. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm accurate measurements before submitting an order — the shaft-measurement step in this form exists to prevent a wrong-fit part, and skipping it increases that risk.

• This kit is not designed or warranted for use on tractors with factory-integrated electronic steering, on public roads, or in any application beyond standard field guidance on private agricultural land.

• Component warranty: Electronic components (control unit, GPS/RTK receiver, steering motor) carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery, limited to repair or replacement of the faulty component at our discretion. Tablets are supplied new and covered directly under the manufacturer’s own warranty — we’ll pass on the manufacturer’s terms and assist with any claim. None of this covers damage from incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, water ingress from improper mounting, physical damage, or use outside the kit’s intended purpose. Mechanical parts (spline adapter, steering wheel, mounting brackets, harness) are not covered once installed, as fitment and torque are entirely in the buyer’s hands.

• Installation is not covered. Because this is a self-install kit, we have no ability to inspect or verify how it is fitted. Any fault, damage, or malfunction arising from the installation itself — rather than a defective part supplied by us — is the buyer’s responsibility, not ours. If a component is suspected faulty, contact us before reinstalling or forcing a fit; incorrect installation can itself cause damage that then falls outside the component warranty above.

• Returns: A component believed to be defective must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the kit, with a description of the fault and, where possible, photos or video. We’ll advise whether to return the part or troubleshoot remotely first.

• By submitting this order, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms, and that the tractor and installation details provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
